Vesta Dipping Grill hosted its 8th Annual, "Plates for the Peak" event, to help raise money for youth programs of Urban Peak. In business since 1998, Urban Peak has brought awareness and care to homeless youth, or those who may be at risk. This organization has helped more than 10,000 people find a new start and get renewed hope. The evening featured culinary teams from Vesta and Steuben's and other guest chefs: Jamey Fader of Lola, Troy Guard of TAG, Shelia Lucero of Jax, and Tyler Wiard of Elways. Featured as a drink of choice at both Vesta Dipping Grill and Steuben's, the Moscow Mule drink was in full force. Randall Layman, Mixologist of the Year 2010, of Steuben's, was there with his twin brother Ryan concocting refreshing beverages for a few hundred invited patrons.
