Damaged Product Return
Our return policy covers unused product that has been damaged in shipping within 14 days of receiving the shipment. Please contact us to obtain a return number. Inform us of the original purchase information and include a digital photo of the damaged product. This will be used to verify the claim and to return a product with a similar style. All returns will be considered on-hold until we receive this information. If the return is ready to process, a new item will be delivered to you at no additional cost. (In the event that the product has changed significantly we will contact you with updated photos and wait for your decision.)
Product Return
If you are unsatisfied with your product and wish to return it for a refund please follow these directions. Contact us via email or phone to obtain a return number. Send us back the original product with all of its components (case, box, etc.) and the original copy of the receipt. When we receive the item back into our stock we will issue a full refund of the product minus intial and return shipping.
Initial shipping costs are non-refundable.
