Shipping Method

Our preferred carrier is the United Postal Service (UPS). All packages are shipped using this method unless you have a particular preference. In which case you would need to contact us for an alternate method. Our web site automatically quotes for United States only orders depending on the size, weight and purchase price of the order. If you are an international customer, please contact us before or after placing your order for applicable shipping costs. If there are any problems that require us to put your order on hold we will contact you as soon as possible to rectify the situation.

Please note that all shipping costs are non-refundable at time of order and upon exchange of an unwanted item. Damaged goods are not to be returned back to us, but proper verification (through a digital photo) is required. Please see our Return Policy for more information.
